PCWorkspace was founded in 2002 by Steve White following a sustained period of Information Technology and computer training, development and test trading. The name, stemming from the computer workstation, evolved from the domain name computerspace.co.uk…

…Steve has a number of years experience providing personal computer services. A 'sole trader', the term 'we' is used throughout this site because the business will from time to time employ freelance professionals or work with self-employed contractors to ensure that our clients receive a tailored solution to their problem; moreover the firm is continually looking to expand and improve.

An independent small concern based in Peterborough, Steve nevertheless has an important role to play in the local community, prides in providing a range of computer and broadband services to residential and small, medium enterprise, promoting core values and encouraging good working practices. Services are structured to achieve the best possible outcome helping clients sustain system performance, at the same time lending to personal and business development.

Largely working in a mobile capacity, our business aim is quite simply to provide a 'quality of service', expand and attract new clients and investment from a wider area. Steve is a qualified FE Teacher and Technician, a BT trained Broadband and Vision Engineer, a Professional Member of the British Computer Society, Member of the Computing Technology Industry Association, and a Microsoft Registered Partner working toward Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) status.

Please help support us, consider a range of Broadband and Vision, Mobile Technology and Telecoms offers available throughout the site. You may also find attractive bids from Ink, Internet Security and Printer vendors (Computing/ICT). Many thanks.

Conceivable IT partners might like to email in the first instance - With regret, PCWorkspace has no immediate plans to recruit and cannot presently commit to paid employment, nor are we currently in a position to sustain freelance work. However, if you perhaps aspire to achieve a 'quality of service', I would be interested to hear from candidates who are in need of a platform, who are able to demonstrate both initiative and proficiency, and who are conceivably able to contribute to expanding the company.

English as a second language need not be a barrier given a potential to reach-out to a specific market area generating new business which in turn, in time may help to sustain self-employed status. A freelance partner would however need to possess appropriate qualifications, business acumen, be proactive and able to generate income.

Should you consider that you may be able to commit time and embark on any likely computer project, please submit a proposal to demonstrate ability. Perhaps pitch ideas for attracting new customers, or maybe a completed web design along with suggestions incorporating dynamic elements into web creations for sales, potential clients and/or free portal aiming to attract new business from a wider area nationally.
